  • Iron, ironing board, etc. can be rented, complete garden furniture (table, chairs, recliners), gas grill, etc.<\/li>\n

    • Recreational fee from the stay of the town of \u017damberk according to a generally binding decree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • 60-30 days before the day of arrival 50% of the total amount.<\/li>\n
      • 29-7 days before the day of arrival 70% of the total amount.<\/li>\n
      • 6 or less days before the day of arrival 100% of the total amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        ELECTRICITY AND CHARGES<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Before the start of the stay, we require a refundable deposit of 5,000 for any damage to the building and its equipment.<\/li>\n
        • The electricity actually consumed will be charged for the stay.<\/li>\n
        • Final cleaning in the amount of CZK 1,000, which includes cleaning of the premises handed over in the same condition as during the takeover, towels, bath towels, tea towels, spa kilts, waste collection.<\/li>\n
        • The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after payment of the cleaning fee, electricity consumed and any damages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Parking is reserved in a covered parking lot next to the Bella cottage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
